I watched Big Fan for about the 3rd time today. It's dark, but I think all football fans should see it.

Knowing what I do about your tastes in movies, I think you will like it. It's not a happy popcorn flick, but I think it's real good.

 

Any good Netflix suggestions from any recent viewers?

 

So is Netflix still like $7.00 a month or did it double?

 

Watched Lilo and Stitch with the kids...wasn't a big fan...

 

Yeah I pay $7.99 for streaming movies. Lots of HD content now too.

 

WHat about the TV? Are those current? Can I rid myself of this Comcast box, Go TiVo with Netflix and have the similar results as Comcast OnDemand?

 

That I couldn't tell ya. I watch movies from Netflix on my browser and then hardwire my laptop to my tv via hdmi cables.

 

Abraham Lincoln vs Zombies. Not sure if it was intentionally made to be bad or not. Pretty funny. Had ol' Lincoln, Stonewall Jackson, Teddy Roosevelt, Pat Garrett and John Wilks Booth. Didn't like the zombies though. They just stood around until it was killing time and made great targets.

 

Finally got around to seeing The Social Network. Thought it was pretty good...

 

just watched a snuff film. grainy but was different. Disgusting though. Snuff is nasty.:weed:

Has anyone seen a movie called Moonrise Kingdom, with Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Bruce Willis and others? Hearing lots of positive things about it. Since it's not opening in a large number of theaters, you'll have to look for it. I think it's only at one theater down here.
