okay, here we go again because ParanoidMike got the two "I just" threads confused... :icon_redface:

just saw "Choke." eh, it was okay. the book is ten times better. the movie actually followed the book pretty well until the 3rd act. has some funny moments, might be enjoyed by those who haven't read the book first more than those who have.

 

I haven't read Choke, but I do plan on watching it when it comes to dvd. I won't read the book until I've seen the movie.

 

i'd skip the movie and just read the book :icon_cool:

even though Hicks is God and that is a damn good bit, i still say read the book.

i'm re-reading the last few chapters... wow, they really did change a lot. i haven't read it in years. i'm going to have to re-read it. it would've rocked if they kept the 3rd act the same as it is in the book

Forgetting Sarah Marshall - 3.5 OF 5 stars
The secondary characters totally made this movie. I thought Russell Brand was hilarious as the British rocker, Paul Rudd was great as the surf instructor, and Jonah Hill had some good moments as well. The p**is scenes were kind of stupid and unnecessary. They didn't make the scenes any funnier unlike how Walk Hard did it. Mila Kunis might not have much of an ass, but god**mn is she beautiful.

 

Yeah that movie wasnt too shabby. It had its moments.

 

i really enjoyed that movie as well

 

Watched The Rocker. Meh...

Dwight Schrutt is funny, hopefully see him in some better movies.

Watched Eagle Eye it wasn't too bad... Sort of entertaining.

Very funny movie. I thought this was terrific. That British dude was friggin hilarious. Kunis is smokin' hot. So is the blonde. Solid plot.

So you could bounce a quarter off her butt... what a TERRIBLE thing...

Watching Rambo 1 & 2 then I'll get around to 3 and 4 tomorrow. Never seen 4... Stallone at his best.
