    I'm excited about the season but to be honest I don't like all the pre-season hype. There are still some holes on this team and question marks with the rotation and possibly the bullpen. Also, I haven't forgotten last years injury bug. On paper, this should be a good year.

    Bad start to the season, happy to see Big Papi go deep in the first game of the season though.

    Hopefully the sawx can get out there tomorrow and win a game. Obviously the sox got some crap to work out.

    Red Sox Panic Meter, according to Sports Center is a ten. I don't know about that but surely this isn't the start the Red Sox were looking for. Hey at least Ortiz is actually hitting home runs instead of going on an 0 for 30 beginning of year slump.
