why is it ok to steal signs from the offense ie: steal, bunt etc but a cardinal sin to steal them from the opposing team's pitchers/catchers ?

nancy rule IMO, if you don't want your signs stolen switch them up.

Crap...Ruiz just got hurt and left the game. He was limping pretty bad. Only Hoover behind the plate for the rest of this game and the 2nd one tonight. Halladay not looking sharp.

 

Losing Ruiz would be awful...Chooch has been ridiculous so far...

 

No doubt. Even if he doesn't go on the DL or anything, I hope it doesn't end being something that hampers his play.

 

hard for halladay to pitch in that weather. hope cooch is ok.

 

Poor Chooch! Halladay isn't looking as strong as usual. He's not use to pitching in this weather at all.

 

Ruiz' injury is being called a right knee injury and listed as day-to day.

Halladay works out of yet another jam. 3-1 Phils after 5.

 

i really don't know if I want to let the bullpen touch this game, especially with another game later.

 

Halladay has thrown 105 pitches already though.

He's due to hit 4th in the 8th, so I imagine he'll only toss one more if he has no problems in the 7th.

 

With Lidge's elbow bothering him I really don't want to see him in. I'll take Durbin though but they won't let him close.
