hightin: Bring on the Muts! Halladay going against Mejia Friday. No announcement for the Phils' starter on Saturday.
Polanco has a broken elbow, says he will finish playing out the season. I can't see how this doesn't affect his play, but lately he's been money. Heyward pulled up with an injury in the Braves game. It didn't look serious.
The injuries are my biggest concern with the team. I hope J-Roll's hammy doesn't bother him the rest of the way. **********Automerged Doublepost********** Today he claimed he was misquoted about it being broken, and that it's merely a bone chip that he's been playing with all season. Whew!

Thanks for the info, Mike. **********Automerged Doublepost********** I expected it to be one of the Phillies announcers that dubbed it Utley's Corner, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that it was Cohen. The Mets broadcasters always crow about this Phillies team. At one point during last night's game Ron Darling said something along the lines of, "People might think they're watching a Phillies broadcast".
our game was cool last night............was at D&B took my boy for bday while dad and granpa sat at the bar sipping crown...........
Roy O brilliant once again. Alone in first again. **********Automerged Doublepost********** Easy 11-4 win against the fish tonight. Phils now 11-2 in their last 13 ROAD games.
King Cole's scoreless innings stretch is done. 1-1 Phils & Fish in the 2nd. Gnats up 3-0 on the Braves.
Phils have their order set up so that Halladay, Oswalt and Hamels will pitch all 6 versus the Braves...
i noticed that as well. Very Nice. Hopefully we have the division wrapped up prior to the last series so that we can give the big guys an extra day of rest or so. If not, no biggie.
