Actually I think it will be when we fire Nolan and find a new head coach to clean house and get us a real QB,

 

Dilfer and Gore hecked this game off with those back to back turnovers...and then the fumble after we drove to the 20 to start the 2nd half....they actually looked like an offense, and Gore was getting some decent yards, but then Dilfer fumbles and the game becomes all passing which hecked us out of a shot at winning...thanks for the gifts Gore/Dilfer...


This offense is freaking disgraceful....The only thing saving us is that our division is completely freaking garbage...too bad the Saints will beat us by at least 20 this weekend..

 

There are backup qb's in the league that i've never even heard of that are better than Alex Smith....who the hell is Cassel? A few plays and a touchdown...what a concept huh?

I agree. He blows. Yet everyone makes excuses for the guy. Its his 3rd OC in 3 years, he's young... Screw the excuses, there isnt room for excuses in this league. We see guys everyday come in and play from the backup QB position and do 100 times better than Alex ever will. I think most 49er fans are scared to admit that Alex is a bust.

 

Makes you wonder how long he'll be grabbing his shoulder after every crapheaded play/ throw...He could literally use his shoulder as a built in excuse for years and years if he wanted to. Why? bc there are so many hecked up fans out there that want to back him for no reason other then to be going with the cheerleading crowd, the popular crowd, the crowd that would rather mask a problem then to call it out......denial, they're all in denial!


It also makes me wonder how many of them will turn tail and act like they've been calling for his head when our FO decides (if they ever decide) to cut ties with him...My guess is that 99% will claim to have been against him since day one...but we know the truth, don't we.:icon_cheesygrin:

 

I agree beast. I'm a member of this niners board that is harsh on our players and I made a thread saying that we should bench smith to see what hill could do and I got blasted for it. I think most of our fans know he is a bust and they just dont want to admit it. Only like 3 or 4 guys who arent with the main crap talking members over there at that board are agreeing with me. They call my thread over there Steady's "I hate Alex Smith" Superthread. Hey, at least I am getting it talked about right?

 

I need drugs...heavy medication...something...anything to relieve the discomfort I have while watching a niners game...its worse than 2004...

 

no crap, at least we scored some points in 2004.

 

We were suppose to be the "surprise team" that was going to make the playoffs and play like a decent football team....look how it's gone so far..what a shame.

 

we scored 239 points in 2004..and we're on pace for even less than that this year...We haven't scored over 20 points this year....thats complete garbage...

hahahahahahah and to think I was blasted for talking crap about my team last year because they sucked and someone didn't take too kindly to me berating my team, funny how one year can change another persons view and now they're doing the same thing I was called out for...oh well...I'll just sit here and laugh.

Today was pretty much rock bottom for me. Oh well, I'll still watch like a sucker.

I've given up for this season. I prefered watching Panthers @ Titans than a winnable 49ers game. I don't think we'll win another game this year, not even the rams at home. :bag on head:

Why we used Timeouts the way we did in Atlanta I'll never know. This coahing staff is embarrassing why the heck is Hoestler still even our OC he has to go. :icon_evil:. The only two players that have come unscathed have been Patrick Willis and Andy Lee
