The Rays should entertain the idea of getting Adrian Gonzalez. That would be such a huge pickup for their franchise.

The Rays ownership has already said not to expect an increase in payroll so Gonzo would be a stretch at best.

As far as CC, who in MLB can replace him? Desmond Jennings is supposed to be the next Rays farm system Phenom. We'll see.

 

Yeah I suppose they would stay in house and go with Jennings, but you guys desperately need a first baseman. Adam Dunn>?

 

I wouldn't mind Dunn at all.
