    In the wake of the nation’s most dominant college running back winning the Heisman Trophy, I couldn’t help but think about another who didn’t.

    I remember it like it was yesterday even though it was a lifetime ago. It’s been even longer than that for Lawrence Phillips.

    Guns don't kill people. Lawrence Phillips kills people.

    the guy who gets brains for the nfl said that he got an agreement from his family to have his brain checked for cte. probably not gonna make the family feel better if he had it,but maybe his kids can get some money from the league concussion settlement.

    27 year old kid who played for the giants had cte too.

    I Bet one day before i die that we find out that cte has been around a lot longer than we have thought. it is caused by chronic head trauma and there are all kinds of ways off the field to get that.

    I'm just surprised we don't see more evidence of it in other contact sports
