Thursday they agreed to terms with third-round wide receiver Paul Williams on a four-year deal for league minimum base salaries, with a signing bonus in the range of $728,000 Indications Thursday were that the Titans were closer with first-round pick Michael Griffin than with second-round pick Chris Henry. Griffin's contract will be the most complicated of any of the Titans' 10 deals with draft picks, because he is the only player with whom the Titans are allowed to negotiate a five-year contract.
