Titans: The Worst 8-0 Team In History?

Whats bad for the Titans is that ESPN is starting to compare them to the 72 Dolphins. Go 19-0 THEN compare them to the 72 Dolphins.

 

its not like they are the first 10-0 team either

 

Did that with the Pats after they hit 7-0.

 

Well, you can't change the media as all of us know very well.

 

The Titans are a great "team" and that's what counts. There's no individuals, it's a "team" and they are good. Like someone said, they can run the ball, they play solid D and Collins hasn't screwed up. He's starting to build a rapport with Gage and that could add another element to the game plan if they begin passing with consistency. I like this team a lot. I hope the Steelers kick the crap out of them in the playoffs, but I like the team. Jeff Fisher has done a great job.

 

Well hell.........there must be 15 or 16 best teams ever then.:icon_cheesygrin:

Maybe you should read the what you actually highlighted there Sparky...I didn't say they were angels that never did anything wrong. And it was ONE guy not a THEY, you make it sound like the whole team just had a stomp session and stepped on the whole team of Cowboys.

A wager?? Why would I want to do that, they are already past the 8-0 you put up and chances are they won't go undefeated but to say they are the worst team in history is just ridiculous, no one is touting them to go 16-0 and take that precious 17-0 season away from those old hecks that are the only ones that hold on for dear life, well them and you anyway.

I think that's a very true statement regarding the "team" vs "individuals." I honestly believe that is the reason that there aren't any Titan PLAYERS in the running for the Pro Bowl (as the polls stand right now - with a few weeks left).

The worst team in history? No one said that......the worst 8-0 or 10-0 to this point....yes, with out a doubt......I mean look at the cupcakes they've preyed on all season.....the Ravens are the best team they've beaten....and they're as offensively challenged as the Titans themselves are if not more so. Wait till they see Pittsburgh, Indi is coming around now to so that well may be another loss. Myabe the Jets will slap them around a little to, who knows.

No bet....ok....but I'll still say they lose 2-3 games down the stretch and get bounced early in the playoffs.:fu09: :icon_cheesygrin:
