It was just 1 moment that stood out for me but if you want me to take the time to find a more recent failure, I can probably do that too.

And have only 10 INTs. If the rest of the team had played to Romo's level, there is no doubt in my mind that the Cowboys would have gone far into the playoffs, maybe reached the SB.

But, should Romo win a SB, you Romo critics will probably ask why he hasn't won 2.:icon_rolleyes:

You're right. You just lose every time it comes to games that matter in December and January by being incon- oh wait, you're right. He's consistently losing those games. Carry on.

So what your telling me is that last yr when playing the giants for division title when the cowboys were leading by 14 I think with less than 3minutes left in the game some how it was romos fault the defense didn't hold the lead.....hmmmm

It amazes me how much (the majority) of Cowboys fans..continue to try to stand up for a QB that hasn't done anything for them. If you're satisfied with being medicore every year, then yeah. Romo is a GREAT QB for that. But you're going to tell me..that you can deny his lack of consistency in games late in the season? And leading by 14 with less than 3 minutes left..and you don't hold onto the ball long enough to help your defense out? Point the fingers to the defense. But you cannot hold the ball for at least a minute and a half..to keep the Giants from having that chance to score 14 points in 3 minutes?

    Yeah... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

It amazes me how you romo haters like to blame him for everything under stars that go wrong with the team yet fail to see when he does the right thing. Our defense and especially our secondary getting torched for 400 plus yds had nothing to do with that win its all Romos fault

There are many players I dislike but I don't let that get in the way of the playing skills they posses

When have I blamed him for everything that goes wrong? There's more wrong than just Romo. But the fact that he's constantly defended by the fanbase when he's done NOTHING to earn it. The guy can't even get his team into the playoffs and/or win more than ONE game. But, he's supposed to be a "top" QB? That's garbage.

Any time that ANYONE says anything about a COwboys player, here come the excuses. Here comes the 'evidence'. And it doesn't matter if its a NFC East Rival fan, or anyone else.

Romo is a decent QB. But, he's not a QB I'd trust during crunch time.

Actually Romo has the best qb rating in 4th in the nfl only one qb ahead of him in that category

Yet that disproves my statement how? I never said anything about his numbers. NEVER. I said his lack of wins in December and January. And the fact that he didn't help his team in that 3 minutes.. yet you throw out QB Rating. Where exactly is that relevant? Lol.

He has gotten his team to the playoff and won by the way.

I threw out the qbr because you say he can't get it done when it counts which usually is the 4th qtr.

Haters gonna hate. Nothing but a ring will satisfy them. Drives me crazy!!!!!

look at how many games he won in the 4th and how many he's los. OVERALL QBR has nothing to do with that. So, whatever.

ANd hey, like I said. If you're satisfied with the coming up short every season, so be it. Its your team. But don't try to defend Romo like the man has done something. 1 Playoff win..out of how many seasons? Just saying.

He started only 6 seasons how long has taken most teams to get somewhere. Not all are Tom Brady and get their immediately.

Agian how is that it all romos fault when games are lost in the 4th when he did what he had too and scored points with the offense and the def losses the lead.

Meh. We were having this same discussion about both Manning brothers a few years ago. Nobody questions them anymore. That's why I decided I was done with it. I'll wait until he wins a ring or retires without one to give my opinion.

    @ Chipper:

Chipper, if you were a head coach and you were going to the playoffs, who would you take? Tony Romo or Matt Ryan?
