Offensive guard Richie Incognito, in his first season with the Dolphins after a checkered career with the Rams and Bills, earned praise from coach Tony Sparano for his willingness to take "constructive criticism" even after six seasons in the league. Incognito, through four games, also is avoiding the personal-foul penalties that put him on the NFL's radar for nearly $100,000 in game fines before coming to Miami as a free agent.
