Tony Sparano Says Dolphins Wildcat Offense Isn’t Dead

    Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said the Wildcat isn’t dead — even if Sunday marked the first time since its initial unveiling last season, against the same opponent, that Miami has gone an entire game without using it. Sparano said the Dolphins decided last week to devote more time during the implementations of their game plan toward improving other aspects of the offense because of the looks they had seen from the Patriots recently. “We have two plays that are always in, and then from there we add and see where we are,â€￾ Sparano said. “We decided not to add any, so it wasn’t up and ready to go.â€￾
