Steelers starting defensive end Travis Kirschke practiced again today, an indication he will be available to play Sunday night at Baltimore, while quarterback Ben Roethlisberger continued his preparations to start, as well. Kirschke missed the past three games with a torn calf muscle, and Roethlisberger was injured in overtime last Sunday with what has been described as a mild concussion. Meanwhile, fellow starters Troy Polamalu (PCL) and guard Chris Kemoeatu (MCL) missed the third practice day of the week and are expected to sit out Sunday's NBC-televised game at M&T Bank Stadium.

Whoever is making the call on Roethlisberger to play is being grossly irresponsible. No other way of going about it.
