The Justice Department is seeking the 2009 NFC championship and Super Bowl XLV rings of assistant coach Travis Jones as part of the restitution he owes as part of his guilty plea in a real estate scam, according to published reports. ProFootballTalk has reportedly obtained an Application of Writ of Execution, filed by federal prosecutors, that asks the court to seize Jones' rings to help pay a $1.148 million fine he was soaked with following his plea last year. Jones was also sentenced to three years probation and 100 hours of community service. Jones pled guilty in 2010 to filing two fradulent loan applications.
