    The Vikings defensive End Ray Edwards took as a cheap a shot Sunday at Buccaneers quarterback Jeff Garcia as you'll ever see in Tampa Bay's 19-13 victory over the Vikings. Edwards launched and struck Garcia above the neck and after the whistle. Which is why a suspension HAS to happen HAS to.
