owning that drum kick would almost be worth losing a testicle for. this is what is on tv now from my personal stash.
Today I woke up and felt like listening to my favorite band of all time and some of my favorite songs. I don't have youtube at work. So the band is called LIVE And the songs I love 1. Lightning crashes 2. I alone 3. Selling the Drama I also love the earlier stuff. but Throwing Copper was a great album
They grew up about 45 minutes from me. A buddy of mine is real good friends with Chad Gracey. Partied with him a couple times in State College.
That is pretty cool. And of course in my books Gracey on the drums is one of my favorite on the band. It pisses me off that they broke up, and I can't stand that new lead vocal the Shinn guy.
If anyone else here is a fan of De La Soul, they are giving out free downloads of up to their entire catalog today: http://www.wearedelasoul.com/
Full Moon Fever. Such a great album. Like not one bad track on it, mostly very very good, with several really incredible ones. Remember when that wasn't necessarily an anomaly in popular music?
