Which NFL 3-0 Teams Are Not The Real Deal??

roy voted for NY and Baltimore, but got confused by the poll. He thought it was which 3-0 teams were for real

Denver... until they beat somebody.

i think the Broncos suck, and have just been lucky (Bengals) and played crap teams (Browns/Raiders).

I also think the Vikings will fail because Brett Favre will eventually revert to throwing-picks-into-triple-coverage mode and blow it for them.

 

Before the season started, I thought the Denver Broncos were a train wreck waiting to happen. Losing Jay Cutler and ending up with Kyle Orton as their starting QB; I thought that was a joke. Yet, here they are 3-0.

The Vikings would already have a "L" hung on them by the 49ers if it weren't for that miraculous last second play.

I figure that if you start out 3-0 in the NFL, you are pretty good no matter who you played. Yet, someone on that list will likely crash and burn and end up missing the playoffs. It will be interesting to see what happens the rest of the way in the NFL season.

Homer time, but I think Dallas's OL and running game is going to badly expose Denver's front 7 which was weak to begin with and is transitioning to a 3-4. That spells diaster against an experience OL like Dallas's, especially considering Gurode's specialty (other than hecked up shotgun snaps, and getting his face stomped) is 3-4 defences

 

If the poll was done again, I think Denver would deserve a few less votes this time around.

I still don't think Denver's the real deal yet. Barely beat Cinn, Lions and Raiders aren't exactly tough opponents, and they just barely held down Dallas. They need to defeat some real opponents by a fair margin of points before I start thinking they're for real

Still don't see Denver as a real deal, however, Mike Nolan has that Broncos defense rolling!! The Jets didn't look very good today...

i agree platoon. i'm still not sure they've beaten anyone who is going to finish the season better than .500. they are playing smart and letting other teams beat themselves (plus a lucky win in Cincy).

Broncos...... just wait till they play a half decent team, sure cowboys are decent but sounds like denver got lucky.
