Bills running back Marshawn Lynch ran over a woman while driving his Porsche SUV "in an intoxicated state," the woman claims in Erie Count Court. Kimberly Shpeley says Lynch seriously injured her with his Porsche Cayenne at 3:30 a.m. as she crossed a street in downtown Buffalo. "Lynch operated his motor vehicle in such a reckless, careless and negligent manner, while in an intoxicated state, so as to lose control ... causing the vehicle to strike the pedestrian plaintiff," according to the complaint.
