A stretcher match is when your opponent is unable to continue and has to be carried out to an awaiting ambulance. Also, things are heating up in the 2005 Diva Search Contest. Last week Simona went home leaving Kristal, Elisabeth, Summer, Cameron, Leyla and Ashley. Who will go home next? Chris Jerico and WWE Champ John Cena face off in a Battle Of the Bands. i have a feeling matt hardy will show up for this match. i would like tosee Ashley win it. she has a lot of spunk. something will happen during this, you can count on it.
Raw Results - 7/25 - Gund Arena - Cleveland, Ohio Eugene d. Kurt Angle in the Kurt Angle Invitational Viscera & Cloacas (midget) d. Antonio & Pocket Rocket (midget) John Cena wins the Battle of the Bands by default because Jericho said the crowd doesnt deserve to hear Fozzy play Chris Masters & Snitzky d. Shelton Benjamin Cameron was eliminated from the Diva Search Contest, Leyla won the hot dog eating contest Edge d. Kane in a Stretcher Match. after the match, Kane geve Lita a tombstone piledriver on the stage. Then Edge & Matt Hardy fought for a few minutes until security broke it up. Carlito d. WWE Champion John Cena in a non-title match when Cena went for the FU, but special referee Chris Jericho kicked Cena down low. Y2J then nailed Cena with a Lionsault. After the show went off the air, Batista & Cena beat Angle & JBL in a tag match with the heels arguing after Angle made a blind tag to JBL at one point. They did the spot where Cena pulled down Angles pants by "accident" after a sunset flip. ***************************************************** Next week's RAW will take place from the Mohegan Sun Resort & Casino in Uncasville, Conncetcuit The main-event will be John Cena defending the WWE title against Carlito. If Carlito wins, he will take Cena's spot in the semi-main-event of SummerSlam against Chris Jericho. The Diva Search segment will be a "Queen of the Mountain" competition. Eugene will defend his Olympic gold medals next week during the first ever "Eugene Invitational," where his first opponent will almost certainly be Kurt Angle.
Raw Results - 7/25 - Gund Arena - Cleveland, Ohio Chris Jericho came out to start the show, and basically just recapped his angle with John Cena. He said he has a plan that is going perfectly, and vowed to tear Cena apart. Cena came out and they brawled. Eric Bischoff brought out security to break it up, and made Jericho the referee for the title match between Cena and Carlito. Big Show and Shelton Benjamin beat Chris Masters and Gene Snitsky when Show pinned Snitsky with the choke slam. Eugene came out with Christy, then Kurt Angle came out for the Eugene Invitational, but when he said he is from Pittsburgh, Eugene pointed out that this was the Mohegan Sun. Angle said Eugene lied last week himself, and Eugene basically acknowledged he is a hypocrite. Angle made disparaging remarks about Native Americans, which brought out Tatanka. Eugene hit a botched Angle slam and applied the ankle lock, at which point Angle jumped Eugene. Tatanka made the save. Backstage, Angle vowed to get back his medal and break Eugenes ankle in the Eugene Invitational next week in Pittsburgh. Backstage, Eric Bischoff told Carlito and Jericho to develop a plan to get the title off Cena. Jerichos plan was to fast count him. Vince McMahon came out and announced this was Raw number 636. Vince thanked himself. He said he doesnt let ego get in the way of business, and that he would be making another good business decision in bringing back Matt Hardy and giving him a match against Edge for SummerSlam. Matt Hardy came out. He said Vince didnt bring him back to Raw, the people did. He continued that unlike Vince he thanks the people. He told his story, referring to Lita as Amy and Edge as Adam. He said while Lita was married to Kane on television, she came home to Matt. He said Edge was supposedly one of his closest friends, and that he had an affair with Lita. Now he is back for revenge, and vowed to make Edge wish he is dead. He alluded to a fatal car crash, and said SummerSlam is kill or be killed. Backstage, Chavo Guerrero, Jr. approached Vince about real estate in Stamford. Vince said he has been a billionaire for so long he has forgotten what it means to be middle clbutt. Rob Conway essentially introduced his new gimmick by defeating Val Venis. Conway won with a one man Au Revoir, now named the Ego Trip. Shawn Michaels did a parody of Hulk Hogan on the Larry King show, ala the Huckster and Nacho Man skits of 1996. It was pretty damn strong. Michaels pretended to be Hogan, using 'brother' constantly, and making fun of his age. He told the story that Hogan is a jerk behind the scenes. It was pretty funny. They then aired a package about Michaels that made him look like even more of a face. Michaels then closed the segment by superkicking 'Larry King' and the camera man. Elisabeth won a diva joust, but didnt get immunity. They brought out Rob Schneider as a judge for this to plug his new movie. John Cena beat Carlito in the main event. Jericho just overtly helped Carlito and fast counted Cena throughout. Bischoff was at ringside. Jericho refused to count when Cena had the pin. Cena had Carlito up for the FU but Jericho gave him a low blow. Jericho went for the lionsault but was rammed into Bischoff. Cena hit the FU on Carlito and another referee counted the pin. Jericho assaulted Cena after the match. He broke a television camera over Cenas head and Cena bladed. lol, just giving himself time so that he will be "fresh" to the fans when he gets back. I imagine he will come back during Summerslam, if not a bit sooner to help promote the PPV.

i think somehow Eugene will win tonight. plus Hulk Hogan & Shawn Michaels will be there tonight as well, and john cena will have revenge for what happened to him last week.

Raw Results - 8/15 - Bell Centre - Montreal, Quebec, Canada The Big Show d. The Heartthrobs in a handicap match. Eugene d. Renee Dupree via DQ when Kurt Angle came in and attacked Eugene John Cena d. Chris Jericho & Carlito in a handicap match. Ashley won the $250,000 RAW Diva Search Edge d. Val Venis by submission Rob Conway d. Hurricane Hulk Hogan d. Kurt Angle by DQ when HBK slams Hogan to the mat. The ref calls for the bell. HBK looks like hes going to go for Sweet Chin Music as Hogan gets up, but as he runs at Hogan he stops dead right in front of him. HBK picks up Hogan and drops him on his back. It looks as though HBK is going for a Figure 4 Leglock, but then turns and locks in the Sharpshooter. Hogan starts tapping out and the ref calls for the bell over and over as HBK keeps the Sharpshooter locked in. The show ends with Hogan still tapping and still immobilized by HBK.
Raw Preview for 8/22 Just one day after SummerSlam, theres no telling what kind of fireworks will be seen on RAW. Hulk Hogan, despite being bloodied, defeated Shawn Michaels in a historic main event. Meanwhile, John Cena defended the WWE Championship by defeating Chris Jericho. Edge beat Matt Hardy after a bloody Hardy could no longer continue and the match was stopped by referee Chad Patton. Also, Kurt Angle defeated Eugene and took his Gold Medal back. Clearly, there should be plenty going down one day after an incredible SummerSlam 2005.
Raw Results for 8/22 Shawn Michaels came out & said Hulk Hogan was the better man, He then put over Hogans ability. He quipped about Hogans in-ring prowess. He then basically said Hogans gone and now hes a face again. Chris Masters came out, and called Michaels old. He said people like Hogan and Michaels dont know how to pass the torch. Michaels was annoyed at being grouped with Hogan. Michaels talked about a pecking order, and said he is at the top and Masters is not. Masters made a joke about Michaels balding, and they brawled. Michaels fought him off. Backstage, Chris Jericho told Eric Bischoff that John Cena got lucky. Bischoff said Cenas luck would run out, because Jericho was getting a youre fired title rematch with Cena, and Bischoff would be at ringside. Kurt Angle beat Shelton Benjamin in a good match portrayed as a battle of All-American wrestlers. Angle used a belly to belly on Benjamin to the floor. Angle worked over Benjamin, but then accidentally ran into the post. Benjamin came back with a Samoan drop, but missed a dropkick. Angle went for the ankle lock but couldnt turn it. Benjamin had a superkick caught but hit a spinning heel kick. He went to the top but Angle caught him and hit a belly to belly off the top for a near fall. Benjamin reversed an Angle slam into a DDT for a very close near fall. Finally, Angle hooked Benjamin with the ankle lock for the submission. Chavo Guerrero did a dsegment backstage, where he proclaimed himself the official spokesman of middle class America. He said Benjamins a great athlete, but hes not one of us and never will be because hes not white. Gene Snitsky was sniffing Marias feet backstage. Big Show stopped him and called him a pervert. Maria asked Show what a pervert is. Rob Conway beat Matt Hardy. Hardy got a nice reaction. Edge came out to distract Hardy at the beginning of the match, and Conway proceeded to dominate the whole match and win cleanly with an elbow off the top. Edge beat up Matt some more after the match. He kicked the ring steps into Matts head. Ric Flair was on Carlitos Cabana. Flair said that they were in Flair country and let out a few whoos. Carlito said that isnt cool. He referred to watching Flairs matches with his father, and said his father was right that Flair isnt that great. He said Flair lost the world title 16 times, while Carlito never lost his Intercontinental Title. He also pointed out that Flair never won it, and said Flair isnt cool. Flair said he isnt cool, but he is the Nature Boy. Carlito spit apple in Flairs face, and Flair fought him off. Big Show beat Gene Snitsky via count-out when Snitsky just left. Ross disingenuously remarked, 'Dont leave Snitsky. Were enjoying this' Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch debuted in a vignette as redneck heels. Torrie Wilson and Candice Michelle came out, and said they have been traded to Raw for Christy Hemme & Stacy Keibler. They introduced Ashley. They turned heel and attacked her. John Cena beat Chris Jericho in the youre fired match. Eric Bischoff was at ringside, and he kicked Cena, gave him a low blow, and slapped him. Cena came back with the flying shoulder tackle, and clotheslines. Cena went for the FU, but Jericho fought out and applied the Walls. Bischoff pulled the ropes away from Cena, but he still managed to get out. Cena hit the FU and went for the pin, but Bischoff put Jerichos foot on the ropes. Bischoff proceeded to give Jericho brass knuckles, and Jericho clocked Cena with them. Jericho went for the cover but Cena still kicked out. Bischoff got on the apron, but Cena sent Jericho into him and hit the FU for the pin. Bischoff angrily fired Jericho after the match for not getting the job done. Jericho begged and pleaded with him, but Bischoff had him escorted away. At that moment, Kurt Angle jumped Cena and beat him down. Bischoff then said Angle is the new number one contender.
wanda, jericho is taking time off from WWE for a while. he is going on tour with his band Fozzy. that's why he "got fired" on monday.
