Always thought post counts, 'likes', etc. aren't important whether to have them or not but that it may subtly effect some newer members/lurkers who don't have the 'stats'. I'd say keep us all on a level playing field...
Post counts are so commonly used in forums they're OK by me. It's the "Likes" count I can definitely do without.
great point! down vote the stats... @LebaneseFF but I would like to figure out how to post "top posters" for the month or week like @86WARD mentioned.
I actually like the post count. It actually shows who is active and if people are asking for signatures to be made, it gives them an incentive to post as well.
You can always just check their profile if you want to know how many posts they have, although in Xenforo posts are called messages.
