There are "signs pointing" towards the Titans going with Jake Locker as their starter against the Colts this weekend.

Fantasy Spin: The biggest reason the coaches may want to give Locker a shot as the starter is because the Colts Defense is absolutely awful against fantasy quarterbacks, giving up 21.7 points a week. And with Matt Hasselbeck at less than 100 percent because of a calf injury, a week off would do him some good. After last week's strong performance against the Saints, Locker could be a strong flex option or a QB2 in two-quarterback leagues. He still isn't at QB1 status yet.
