According to reports out of Denver, Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno suffered an undisclosed injury during Friday's practice and has already been deactivated for Sunday's game against Indianapolis.
The fantasy implications are... intriguing. The Broncos have Correll Buckhalter and recently acquired Laurence Maroney as backups, but neither has been very effective this year. And yet Moreno, who has just 111 yards on 39 carries this season with one touchdown, hasn't been much of a fantasy rockstar, either.
Smart money says start Kyle Orton and the Colts' defense.
