Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell is facing a four game suspension for a missed (not failed) drug test. The verbiage used in the report seems to indicate he has missed multiple drug test. Missing a drug test is a violation of the NFL's drug policy and considered the same as failing a drug test. Bell has averaged 119 yards per game since entering the league and currently has an average draft position of #3 which should drop a little now but not much. If you recall, Bell was suspended for the first two games last season for a violation of NFL policy after he was arrested for marijuana possession and DUI back in 2014.

The appeal hasn't been heard but it's not looking good for Bell, again. This puts DeAngelo Williams in the hot seat to start the season. Williams rushed for over 200 yards and scored three touchdowns while filling in for Bell last season. His current ADP is around the 9th round but I expect it to jump to the 8th or so in the coming weeks.
