Matt Cassel In Danger Of Missing Week 11

November 14, 2011 by Greg Brosh

After injuring his right hand in the fourth quarter against the Broncos, Matt Cassel could be in danger of sitting Week 11 against the Patriots.

Source: Kansas City Star

Fantasy Impact: Cassel was seen leaving the stadium with his hand in a wrap/cast. He had an unimpressive outing against the Broncos, going 13-for-28 passing, 93 yards and a touchdown. So the injury may have lingered a bit before he was finally pulled. The Chiefs play the Patriots in a very juicy matchup Monday night, so Cassel will at least get an extra day to heal. But if he can't go, Tyler Palko will get the start. Even though the matchup is good, there is no way I can tell any owner to pick Palko up and start him.
