Updating a previously mentioned headline from Greg Brosh, the Chiefs are now going forward with Tyler Palko in Monday night's contest with the New England Patriots, as Matt Cassel could be in-line for surgery to his throwing hand, which could also end his season.

Fantasy Advice: This is a big blow for the Chiefs and owners of Dwayne Bowe and Steve Breaston specifically. Tyler Palko isn't much of a reliable quarterback as his career stats would suggest: (133-of-243 passes—54.7%—for 1,423 yards , five touchdowns, and 12 interceptions with 10 fumbles and four of them lost). The Chiefs, however, face the worst passing defense in the league, so there may be some upside here for at least this week. Cassel wasn't doing much better, but he is an upgrade over Palko. If you own either Bowe or Breaston, your lineup advice regarding those players should be considered a week-to-week basis while owners of Jonathan Baldwin should consider him a bust with the change at QB.
