According to reports out of Cleveland on Friday, Browns rookie running back Montario Hardesty has a torn ACL and is done for the year.
The injury happened in the Browns' final preseason game on Thursday night against the Chicago Bears.
This injury takes Hardesty off the board as a sleeper for many fantasy owners. Jerome Harrison, who started most of the season for Cleveland last year, will now be forced to shoulder more of the load for the Browns, who have questions everywhere on their roster.
Hardesty quietly had become the most drafted fantasy player on Cleveland's roster before ever seeing NFL action. This should put him on waivers in any format.
