Bye weeks help is here in our week 7 team defense rankings. Look out for the Rams this week as they should control the clock and get plenty of sacks against the Browns. The Rams are averaging 3.8 sacks per game and now face the Browns who allow 3.6 sacks per game. Rams are at home and coming off a bye week too, which always helps. Even though the rankings don't reflect this, Miami coming out of the bye week against Tennessee should continue to build momentum with their new Head Coach.
