Fantasy football rankings, QB edition, Week 10. Michael Vick, love him or hate him, is playing out of this world. I'm happy for Vick, glad he could turn his life around and improve in his profession at the same time. Kudos to Philly for helping the man and for realizing the potential when no one else would touch him.
