Week 13 Team Defense Rankings: It’s All About Your DST

There is nothing worse than losing your match-up by a couple points. Well actually, it's worse when there was a team defense available that out produced your DST and you didn't do your research and play them. Week 13 is rough for a lot of team managers. It's make or break time and guys it's time to try and get as many points as possible to make the playoffs. Week 13 presents some interesting match-ups we can exploit and I have them ranked below. But before you dive into this weeks rankings I did want to list some upside picks.

Upside DST Picks

These are some team defenses that are ranked outside of the top 12 but have top 10 potential. It's all about upside.

1. Redskins: The Eagles are ranked 4th in most fumbles. Meanwhile Washington is tied for 1st for most forced fumbles and is ranked 9th in sacks. The Eagles are consistently allowing sacks and here we are. The only knock on the Redskins is their QB situation. Worth a shot but still ranked 16th in my week 13 rankings.
2. Saints: The potential for shootout exist but I don't see the Cowboys being able to produce against a very underrated Saints DST. Davenport (DE) got some snaps last week and the Eli Apple trade has worked out well so far. Look for the Saints to take an early lead and play ball control offense in the 2nd half.
