Greg Olsen's ongoing role as a reliable weapon for Cam Newton continued last Sunday, as Olsen took advantage of his highest target total since Week 1 (nine). That enabled him to collect five passes, and generate the game winning TD. It was the second consecutive game in which he has scored, and he now leads Carolina with five this season. One of which occurred in Week 8 against the Buccaneers in Tampa, and has an excellent opportunity to add to his total this week.
Fantasy owners and the Broncos were certainly missing Julius Thomas last week. He could be the difference if Denver wants any chance of winning away from home. If you have him, it's safe to plug him back in. Coby Fleener has certified himself as a TE1 in Week 13 and going forward. Need a sleeper option? Rob Housler could be a sneaky play against the Eagles this week, but don't use him if you absolutely don't have to.
J. Reed should return this week, which is why he's 10th in my tight end rankings. Gates has been loosing targets to the rookie, he could be phased out even more as the year progresses but I still ranked him in the top 10. Good luck this week!
