Lots of movement on the running back rankings this week. After Ahmad Bradshaw blew up in Week 3, a full week of learning the playbook gives Trent Richardson an excellent shot to prove just how bad the Browns trade was. We don't know if Ray Rice will play, but I ranked Bernard Pierce as an RB2 because the matchup against the Bills is too good to pass up. The Ravens should rest Rice for another week in my opinion. Stevan Ridley continues to fall as the running lanes just aren't there. We'll have to see if the, hopeful, return of Rob Gronkowski fixes that. Rookie Le'Veon Bell could make his first start this week, but he's a flex at best after missing so much time. He'll either be a boom or bust option if he winds up starting. Are you a risk taker?

I am not sure exactly what is going on with C. J. Spiller right now, but his lack or production is very clear. It’s strange to suggest that owners utilize other backs given the optimism that surrounded him until recently. But he has he been ineffective, and Fred Jackson is pilfering a large percentage of touches. Plus, Baltimore’s fourth ranked rush defense allows less than 75 YPG, and has not permitted a TD.

C.J. Spiller is expected to play, but he is not only playing hurt, he is playing hurt against Baltimore's fifth ranked run defense. with an apparent timeshare anyway, I don't like the matchup. Reggie Bush says he'll play in Week 4, but the Lions staff is concerned over his durability after his recent hit. I believe he is used less than backup Joique Bell. The first five RBs in my rankings are extremely difficult to rank this week, but to be honest, you'll be solid with any one of those men in your lineup.
