Obviously if hold the Bears defense you're looking for that bye-week replacement. Look no further than the fearless kittens in Tennessee. With the Bills on deck you should be good for 5 sacks and maybe even a defensive touchdown. Placing them firmly atop my rankings at #1 wasn't hard, but watching these roughing the passer calls is another story. If you took my advice and dropped the Saints, well now they're on my watch list. So much for crystal balls.
