Week 7 Running Back Rankings 2014

October 15, 2014 by Greg Brosh

The Week 7 Running Back Rankings will be missing at least one important player in Eagles RB LeSean McCoy. After coming off the best game of the season Sunday night against the Giants, McCoy owners were finally reaping some of the rewards after drafting him in the top 5 this past summer. Owners will have to wait until Week 7's game against the Cardinals and pray that this past weekend was a sign of things to come.

The Buccaneers also have a week off, but it anyone really going to miss Doug Martin or Bobby Rainey? fuhgeddaboudit!

THE FABULOUS ONES (GUYS YOU MUST START)

1. DeMarco Murray (DAL) vs. NYG - After being dominated by McCoy, Murray should wreck the Giants rushing defense.
2. Matt Forte (CHI) vs. MIA
3. Marshawn Lynch (SEA) at STL
4. Jamaal Charles (KC) at SD - Back off the bye. Have to get Charles back in there.
5. Arian Foster (HOU) at PIT
6. Le'Veon Bell (PIT) vs. HOU
7. Giovani Bernard (CIN) at IND - Looked like a bonafide RB1 last week.
8. Ben Tate (CLE) at JAC - Tate will yield carries to Crowell, but not before he puts in a big game first.
9. Andre Ellington (ARI) at OAK
10. Branden Oliver (SD) vs. KC - Last week vaulted Oliver into an every-week RB1.
11. Alfred Morris (WAS) vs. TEN - An RB1, but has more upside as an RB2.
12. Justin Forsett (BAL) vs. ATL

THE QUESTIONABLE ONES (STARTERS THAT HAVE QUESTION MARKS)

13. Eddie Lacy (GB) vs. CAR - Looks like Lacy's value is slowly slipping with James Starks getting even touches.
14. Lamar Miller (MIA) at CHI - Now that he has the backfield all to himself, Miller should sustain RB2 status.
15. Joique Bell (DET) vs. NO
16. Ahmad Bradshaw (IND) vs. CIN
17. Andre Williams (NYG) at DAL - Don't expect any catches, but could come close to 100 yards rushing.
18. Jerick McKinnon (MIN) at BUF - Vikings should continue to go with McKinnon as the lead back.
19. Frank Gore (SF) at DEN
20. Ronnie Hillman (DEN) vs. SF - Impressed in a tough matchup last week, but can he sustain it again?
21. Fred Jackson (BUF) vs. MIN
22. Shane Vereen (NE) vs. NYJ - Hopefully the loss of Stevan Ridley will give Vereen a fantasy boost.
23. Christopher Ivory (NYJ) at NE
24. Steven Jackson (ATL) at BAL

THE BARGAIN BIN (WHERE SOME ITEMS ARE GREAT,
BUT THERE ARE ITEMS WE HATE)

25. Darren McFadden (OAK) vs. ARI
26. Isaiah Crowell (CLE) at JAC
27. Bishop Sankey (TEN) at WAS
28. Reggie Bush (DET) vs. NO
29. Trent Richardson (IND) vs. CIN
30. Jeremy Hill (CIN) at IND
31. Antone Smith (ATL) at BAL
32. C.J. Spiller (BUF) vs. MIN
33. Pierre Thomas (NO) at DET
34. Brandon Bolden (NE) vs. NYJ
35. James Starks (GB) vs. CAR
36. Tre Mason (STL) vs. SEA
37. Khiry Robinson (NO) at DET
38. Matt Asiata (MIN) at BUF
39. Zac Stacy (STL) vs. SEA
40. Storm Johnson (JAC) vs. CLE
