Week 9 has some interesting matchups in store for fantasy owners, particularly, Eli Manning as he gears up to face the horrible New England Patriots pass defense.
But Eli Manning isn't the only quarterback who has a great matchup for owners to exploit; for the entire ranking list, however, you'll have to read further.
One thing to mention here—really don't think any of you would even notice—but Redskins quarterback John Beck is NOT listed in the rankings simply because I can't see him doing anything at all this week against a 49ers defense that is far better than Buffalo, and the Bills sacked him 9 times while picking him off twice.
If you want an actual rank just for poops and giggles, consider him the bottom of the barrel.
