With the Week Four Tight End Rankings hot off the press, Ravens TE Dennis Pitta has continues to be a huge factor in the Baltimore offense. Through 3 games, he has notched 18 catches, 188 yards and 2 touchdowns. While guys like Jimmy Graham and Rob Gronkowski continue to get most of the love, Pitta is slowly climbing the rankings.
While I was writing my Week Four Waiver Wire piece, I was shocked and almost disturbed to see that Pitta was owned in only 43.2% of all leagues on ESPN. That number has grown to 50.5% since Monday, but there is no reason that this guy should still be sitting out there. Not even in 8 team leagues. Pitta ranks second in the league behind Atlanta's Tony Gonzalez in receptions, fourth in yards and is tied with Scott Chandler and Gronkowski with 2 scores. Maybe people think Ed Dickson will finally get his, but I doubt it. No reason to get him involved when Pitta has been rock solid. So I implore you. If Pitta is on the waiver wire, please pick him up. Even if you have a Vernon Davis on your squad, Pitta's value is at an all-time high and doesn't look to be getting any lower any time soon. If you are in a league that can start a tight end at the flex spot, then he offers even more value if you already do have a true TE1 already on your roster. Pick Pitta up. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
With that said, lets get into the Week Four Tight End Rankings. Outside of Pitta moving up, there hasn't been a whole lot of changes compared to last week. Like every week, make sure to check out the rest of our rankings in our RANKINGS SECTION (Including IDP).
