Every year, there are a handful of super sexy quarterbacks that the fantasy football world goes gaga over. This year, that list includes the likes of Jimmy Garoppolo, Deshaun Watson, and Patrick Mahomes, all players that have started 7 or fewer games in their respective careers. Too often, we get excited over the potential of […]
Fantasy Football Draft Strategies
The TLDR version goes like this, everyone else please see the articles below. Draft at least 3 running backs and 4 wide receivers before the draft is complete. Look for quarterbacks in the middle rounds then draft a tight end after you have RB, WR and QB spoken for. With your first pick a general rule of thumb that works in most leagues is to draft one of the top-5 running backs followed by one of the top-5 wide receivers. Obviously I recommend using our cheat sheets.
You MUST have a cheat sheet customized to your league settings. When you're on the clock you can't waste time fumbling for information to help guide you toward the right pick. Our cheat sheets have all the important information in a single row. I developed our cheat sheets for myself and use it to this day.
Knowledge is power and preparation is key. The articles below will help new comers and vets get one step closer to that league championship.

As always, nothing has gone exactly as we thought it would during the […]
Do Not Draft List: 5 Early Picks To Avoid
The type of fantasy football team that you make is a personal preference. My preference is to avoid unnecessary risk and as such there are a few guys that I say do not draft. Some common problems are injury risk, too much hype or just a bad situation and any of them can lead to […]
Players In Terrible Offenses You Should Still Be Targeting
It may sound silly, but the hardest thing for some fantasy players to do is separate fantasy from reality. Just because a player is a valuable asset to his real life team — or is a key player in a productive offense — that doesn’t mean he’s going to help you win that league championship. Conversely, […]
